Ans :electrical retrofitting means replacement of complete wiring , Automation Spares and field wiring ,with same Spares or upgraded spares.

Ans :Password recovery means Reading /cracking the password , which was original put by Manufacturer Or intentionally put by some service providers.

To recover the data from dead PLC / HMI , Servo drive / Ac drive is called ,Data recovery

Ans :Remote Support / online support is generally given to client , when engineer can not visit the site physically due to any reason.It is generally given thru popular software “Team viewer “ or “anydesk” which gives control of Client’s laptop To Service Engineer remotely , Only client need the Internet connection , PLCprogramming Cable and PLC Software, Installed on laptop of clients . Client give ID of his laptop to service engineer and after client’s consent, Service engineer takes control of client’s laptop

Ans :Equipment Relocation means , Shifting of Plant’s machinery from one location to another location.This is very precise and tactful job ,executed with high level of skill.

Plant relocation require , Study of machinery, their technical details , Marking ( electrical/mech/civil) ,Dismantling ,Packing , Transportation ,re-assembly and Installation and back to commissioning up to full loa production Capacity.

Ans :yes we give warranty of same section and same components , which was executed during the repair.

Ans :Generally Standard warranty word is misunderstood in the industry of industrial Automation. As a general concept , if any electronics inside (Track/PCB/Component) is burnt ,it is not covered Under warranty .. Only INTACT PCB inside PLC, AC drive, Servo , HMI is considered under warranty claim. There are many factors ,which decide the Guidelines of Coverage of warranty, as the fault may raised due to:

  • - Voltage Fluctuation of incoming supply
  • - Continuous switching from State electric board supply to generator’s supply
  • - NO electronic earthing
  • - Using power earth as electronic earthing for sensitive electronic components
  • - Dust , Moisture, Oil metal dust etc
  • - No use of isolation Transformer or ELCBs
  • - No use of Transient circuit protector
  • - Using arc welding without any protection to running sensitive electronic devices
  • - Installation/commissioning done by an untrained technician/engineer.
  • - No follow up of guidelines written down in Product User’s Guide.
